AddMyBot helps small businesses answer questions using their own approved knowledge. Test privately, install a website widget and connect a server through scoped API access. AI can make mistakes.
How does AddMyBot learn about my business?
Add FAQs, documents or one public webpage, review the extracted text and index it. Public widget and API answers use explicitly approved current source revisions. Private Playground tests can use current indexed private knowledge.
What files can I upload?
Readable PDF, UTF-8 TXT and Markdown files up to 4 MB each. Source and reserved-storage allowances depend on your plan; compare them on Pricing. OCR is not included. Indexing supports eight bounded chunks per source; select a smaller excerpt when needed.
Can I add AddMyBot to my website?
Yes. Approve current indexed sources, allow your exact website origin and enable the publication in Website, then copy the installation snippet. The widget supports bounded follow-ups and voluntary contact requests when knowledge is insufficient.
Will AddMyBot replace my support team?
AddMyBot is intended to help with repetitive questions so your team can focus on conversations that need a person. AI can make mistakes, and human support remains important.
How much does AddMyBot cost?
Free access and proposed monthly paid plans are available for Test Mode evaluation. Real checkout is gated pending commercial and capacity approval. Plan allowances are shared across integrations and reset on UTC calendar months. Shorter concurrency, burst and provider limits can make answering unavailable before monthly allowance is used.
